A few of our troopers and friends have come on difficult times and need our help. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. After 20 years we still get twenty newsletters returned for bad addresses on each mailing. This all costs money and TIME as we are not allowed to change address and mail in the same envelope or cover sheet any more. We are now required to make a new cover sheet and apply new postage and re-mail with the new address.
